This was an exceptional experience from the minute I called for an appointment. The staff was so professional and kind. Dr Smith’s reputation as a kind, caring and knowledgeable physician did but disappoint! He practices medicine the way it was intended to be. I was well taken care of!

I’m very satisfied with my surgery! Dr Smith is the best! The facility is very nice and extremely clean! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else… The staff took such great care of me!

I had left breast reduction with liposuction.Dr Smith was spot on. Everyone I have met are very professional and polite which doesn't always go hand in hand with the medical field. DR Smith is a talented plastic surgeon.

Saw Dr. Smith for a basal cell carcinoma on ear. Very pleased. He examined and recommended procedure. Explained process and answered all questions. I never felt rushed. His staff was outstanding. They were very patient and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I left the office feeling very comfortable.

I am a little upset that the morning of my surgery no one went over what size they were doing on me or even mentioned it because it ended up that my sizing request of 400cc’s after my recommendation was 375 with a lift was mixed up with my friends request of 350 with a recommendation of 325. I am built a lot different than she is (she had no boobs or anything to begin with) where as I had to have a lift and my boobs were once DD’s so I definitely wanted a larger size than I have. I now have to go back in and have them lifted again and I am hoping they are the size that I requested because I paid double $10,000 for my breast augmentation. So hopefully it all works out and I walk out happy. They look nice because they were VERY SAD beforehand lol. But like I said, it’s a lot of $ for me to pay to not be absolutely satisfied with what I end up with! Thank you. Other than that I recommend this place to anybody, my sister referred me and Everyone was very nice there, it is just the communication that was not handled the best.

Dr. Smith and staff are wonderful. They put a nervous nelly like me at ease (well, as at ease as I can be). They are helpful in making sure you understand ALL possibilities and work with you to achieve the proper outcome.

Dr.Smith’s prognosis and possible outcome, post surgery, were “spot on”! I decided to give my incision the needed time to heal, before submitting my opinion, and my baseball sized pain in the neck IS GONE, all gone!
