Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Our full time nurse, Nicole, assists Dr. Smith in both surgery and the clinic setting. She will assist you with all of pre operative education and help you through the healing process. She is available to answer any questions that you have regarding your procedure. She is also a trained aesthetic injector for Juvederm, Botox and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Lisa Allen, RN joined us with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic injecting. She is an expert in helping patients obtain a natural look using Botox and Juvederm. Lisa uses her wealth of knowledge to continuously train other staff on the art of aesthetic injecting.
Surgical Coordinator
Our surgical coordinator, Leslee, makes the surgical scheduling process seamless. Whether you’re scheduling your procedure in our surgical facility or at the hospital, she will tailor the plan to fit your needs and make sure your surgical experience is as stress-free as possible. Leslee flawlessly explains the cost of your procedure, payment options, and what to expect. We're known for being extremely personable and exceptionally quick in getting our patients the answers they need.
Insurance Biller
Our best patient advocate is our expert insurance biller, Robbin. In fact, she likely knows more about your insurance company than you do! Robbin knows how to go to bat for our patients and get things done. She will work with your insurance company, so you can focus on your surgery. If you have a question about your insurance, Robbin has the answer.
Nurse Anesthetist
Our nurse anesthetist, Brian, is unsurpassed in his field. You will meet Brian on the day of your surgery and will immediately know you’re in good hands.
Receptionist
Kari will greet you with a smile when you arrive to the office and she will be happy to assist you with all of your appointment scheduling needs.
Esthetician
Kathy has been a licensed esthetician for over eight years and has worked for Dr. Smith for 4 years. She is an integral part of our team in assisting our patients with their skin care needs. She has advanced training in chemical peels, facials, fractional and IPL lasers, tattoo removal, microneedling, PRP and Diamond Glow.
Medical Assistant
Melissa is the newest member of our team joining us in May 2023. She assists Dr. Smith in the clinic setting and is also responsible for the never ending responsbility of maintaining inventory for the clinic as well as the operating room.
Office Manager
Cheryl has been with Dr. Smith since day one. She worked as his surgical coordinator for many years and has been his office manager for the past 10 years. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office but you may see her helping out in reception, surgery scheduling or in clinic as needed.
